Marking Residents as Unavailable to Participate

We've heard from many of you that being able to quickly and easily log cases where residents were unavailable to attend (or receive an in invite to) a program would allow you to better understand the full picture when reviewing a resident's engagement patterns with team members or families.

Next time you take attendance in Welbi, you'll notice that in addition to being able to log when residents decline or refuse a program invitation, you can now also quickly mark residents as 'Unavailable to participate'.

If you choose to mark a resident as 'Unavailable to participate' when taking attendance, this will be captured in their Engagement Insight Report, alongside all other attendance data for this resident, for easy reference during your next review.
