Resident Updates
Export your Resident Notes & Interactions
With this round of updates, you'll now have the option to export the 'Notes and Interactions' section of the a resident's Summary page in a printable PDF format.
While you're checking out this new feature, note that you can use the 'Filter' button to customize the information you'd like to export. For example, with just a few clicks, you could generate a PDF listing all events a particular resident participated in during the month of September.
Recording Resident Status Changes
Resident status changes are now recorded via a 'Record status' button in the 'Notes and Interactions' section of the Summary page, and you'll have the option of capturing resident status changes in further detail by adding specific departure and return times, if known.
We know that plans can change, so we've also made it easier to edit resident statuses after they've been recorded. You can now simply click on a previously recorded status change to edit it as needed.
Smaller Updates and Fixes
- When Web Calendar filters are applied, sidebar analytics will now update to reflect the filtered view.
- The Level of Care filter on the Program Insights page did not previously take resident Level of Care into account for certain insights. This has now been resolved.
