Program Cancellation Update

Cancelling Programs due to Outbreak

We've heard from many teams that "Outbreak" continues to be a top reason for program cancellation. In light of this, you'll notice that you now have the option to select "Outbreak" as a reason for cancellation next time you have to cancel a program on your calendar.

Going forward, this means you'll easily be able to see how many of your program cancellations in a given timeframe were due to outbreak when reviewing your Program Insights.

While we hope you won't have to use this new option very often, we trust that it will allow your team to more accurately document reasons for program cancellation and capture richer insights related to cancellations going forward.
