Print Calendar Updates
"All-day" text label removed from Print Calendar
The all-day text label will no longer be displayed on the Print Calendar for all-day programs. This will save space on the calendar and reduce confusion with residents.
Free-Floating text boxes added to Print Calendar
Welbi has added the ability to place text boxes anywhere in your Print Calendar. This should make designing your calendar infinitely easier and more customizable.
More font size options added for headers and footers in Print Calendar
There are now additional font size options to select from for the header or the footer of your Print Calendar.
Web Calendar Updates
Reoccurring programs in Web Calendar improved for editing
When editing the first program in a reoccurring series, you will be asked if you want to edit only that specific program or all of the programs in the series.
Resident Updates
"Celebrate Birthday" option added for residents
You can now select whether or not a resident wishes to celebrate their birthday. If they do not, the system will automatically remove them from the monthly Birthday Posters. The birthday will still show in the "Upcoming Celebrations" section in your Overview, so you can wish the resident a happy birthday privately.
To avoid having you go through each user Profile and answer this question, we have set the default answer to "Yes" to save you time. If a resident does not want to celebrate their birthday, make sure to go into that resident's Profile and update the answer to "No".
"Resident Name" field separated into three fields: "First Name", "Last Name" and "Preferred Name / Nickname" in Resident Profile
Residents' first names will always be displayed across the platform unless a resident has a nickname. If that is the case, the nickname will display instead of the first name.
Resident Attendees list sortable by First Name or Last Name when taking attendance
All resident lists across the platform can also be searched by first or last name.
Small Platform Improvements
- Added "Partner" as an option for a resident's marital status
- Reduced the space between the Print Calendar grid lines and the program names to allow for more characters and text
- Redesigned the resident Hobbies list to be more relatable and intuitive to support the recommendation engine
- Updated the Print Calendar legend to only show locations for the selected month's programs
- Updated the colour picker to allow for selecting all available colours or enter your own HEX code to match your branding
