Recommendation Engine Updates
In our last release, we made announced some changes to the way Welbi's Recommendation Engine displays residents' Likelihood to Attend with the goal of making this feature more intuitive and easier to understand.
Based on feedback from our users, we've included a few more adjustments in this week's update:
- In addition to looking at past attendance data, Welbi's Recommendation Engine will also consider whether the hobbies assigned to a particular program match the hobbies indicated in each residents' assessment answers.
- The Recommendation Engine results now only highlight those residents who are determined to be "Very Likely", "Likely" or "Somewhat Likely" to attend. To prevent any confusion or misinterpretation, residents who cannot be recommended as likely to attend based on their past attendance data or hobbies will not be assigned a Likelihood badge.

Smaller Updates and Fixes
- Some users reported an issue whereby the Participation Notes added to the Resident Summary were not being updated correctly in cases where a resident's engagement level had been updated or changed. This issue has now been resolved.
- To help you find what you're looking for faster, we've alphabetized the options available under each of the Print Calendar filter buttons (i.e., Levels of Care, Calendars, Dimension of Wellness, Facilitators, and Locations).
