General Updates

Choose from an expanded list of hobbies

With this round of updates, we've added some new options to our hobbies lists. These new hobby options will now be available to you when you are entering programs into your calendar, logging 1-on-1's, or filling out resident assessments.

These new hobbies have been added thanks to feedback from platform users. If ever you feel there is a key hobby that is missing from our list, feel free to share them with us at support@welbi.co!

Search for residents more easily and flexibly

Previously, if a given resident had a 'Preferred Name/Nickname' specified in their profile, searching by this resident's 'First Name' would not work (i.e., the resident would not be returned in the search results).

In this latest round of updates, we've made it so that you now have the option to search for a resident by their 'First Name' or their 'Preferred Name/Nickname' - either will work!

Quickly identify whether a resident's birthday is to be celebrated

If you've indicated in a resident's Profile that they do not wish to celebrate their birthday, you will now see a small icon beside this resident's birthday in your Upcoming Celebrations list on the Overview page. The icon looks like a birthday cake with a strike through it, making it easy to see at a glance whether or not an upcoming birthday should be celebrated based on the resident's preferences.

Small Updates

• Some users reported that the 'Reset Filter' button was not working consistently when filters in the 'Location' or 'Others' section of the Web Calendar Sidebar had been selected. A fix for this issue was included in this release.
  
• Some users reported that certain filter selections were not being maintained when they left or re-loaded a page (e.g., the 'Missing Attendance' filter). All filter selections should now be maintained until they are manually changed or re-set.
